Cadet Major (C/MAJ) Cole Molitor
This Cadet is the Highest Ranking Cadet in the Cadet Corp of the Louisiana Army Explorers. The Commander of Cadets (CoC) is assigned to the Brigade Headquarters, along with his/her Cadet Staff and is responsible to the Chief Of Staff. The Commander Of Cadets is the liaison between the Cadet Corps of LAE and the Brigade Headquarters in all matters pertaining to training and operations of Cadets. The Commander Of Cadets is assisted by a Deputy Commander Of Cadets (DCC) and the Cadet Command Sargant Major (C/CSM). The Commander Of Cadets is also the Commander of all Cadets assigned to Brigade Headquarters.

This Cadet is the 2nd Highest Ranking Cadet in the Cadet Corp of the Louisiana Army Explorers. The Deputy Commander of Cadets (DCC) is assigned to the Brigade Headquarters and is responsible to the Commander Of Cadets. The Deputy Commander Of Cadets assists the Commander Of Cadets in all matters pertaining to training and operations of the Cadet Corps of LAE.

This Cadet is the Highest Ranking Enlisted Cadet in the Cadet Corp of the Louisiana Army Explorers. The Cadet Command Sargent Major (C/CSM) is assigned to the Brigade Headquarters, along with his/her Cadet Staff and is responsible to the Commander Of Cadets and the Deputy Commander Of Cadets. The Cadet Command Sargent Major is the Senior Cadet Advisor to the Commander Of Cadets and the Deputy Commander Of Cadets in all matters pertaining to training and operations of the Cadet Corps of LAE.
